Our pigs are slow roasted over an open flame for approximately 10 hours, closely monitored and adjusted throughout the entire cooking process. The pig is then transported to your site 1 hour before completion in our custom roaster and displayed. When on site we will re-fire the pig and get the smell of it cooking in the air for your guest to enjoy. Your guests can enjoy watching the pig being carved.
On site after the pig is carved it is placed in serving pans. We handle clean up and leave you to enjoy your special event!No additional services, supplies or equipment are included.
